Digiko is a Web3 ecosystem that reached a $1 million market cap at its all-time high in 2024. I combined my product design expertise with the skills of a talented team of developers to bring the ecosystem’s products to life. With multiple products under the same brand, the need for a unified and consistent design system became essential. I led the design and development of four websites, two web apps, and a marketplace (currently set for release) — all contributing to a project that now counts over 7000 holders in the crypto space.
Overview
The Digiko project quietly began in 2023 with a small, focused team including myself, laying the groundwork by developing a strong brand identity, a cohesive design system, and a robust developer framework. Our goal was to strategically position the project for a fundraising campaign in 2024, aimed at building a large and interconnected ecosystem of Web3 products.
Marketing & Fundraising
In October 2024, the Digiko team launched a marketing campaign that proved to be a major success, raising over 6 million KLV. Based on potential future market growth, this could translate to nearly $1 million in value. The campaign not only secured critical funding for continued development but also significantly expanded Digiko’s visibility and credibility in the Web3 space.
Design Direction
The design direction aimed to create a bold visual identity for a Web3 crypto project—combining clean, modern aesthetics with strong sans-serif typography and a UI built around intuitive, recognizable patterns. The goal was to convey a sense of innovation and power while ensuring the brand felt advanced, trustworthy, and visually distinct in the crypto space.
Design System
I created the Digiko Design System as a bridge between design and development—a centralized foundation where the entire team stays consistent. It stores all design foundations and component libraries, ensuring a unified identity across all Digiko products.
The Design System made all Digiko products scalable, recognizable, and easy to update. It streamlined the developer experience with solid documentation and a well-organized library of assets, making it easy to find everything needed to build and maintain products across the Digiko ecosystem.
Key Results
The early results of the Digiko Ecosystem have been a strong success, reaching over 7,000 holders, an all-time high market cap of $1 million, and more than 15,000 transactions in the first few months.
